These are the Koni Heavy Track (now called Special Red) shocks for 2500 and 3500 Sprinters 2wd - 2007 to 2023 van or cab chassis. They have a manually adjustable rebound setting. This one can help you fine tune and slow the rebound effect in the rear on certain models like the Airstream, Sprinter cargo units, and sometimes passenger models that are fully loaded,

The Konis can help with side to side sway, rocking, and some wind drift. Hard bounce in the rear can be limited to some degree with these, but your major gains will be in increased handling.
