Sprinter Hitch Cargo Box - StowAway 2
The Sprinter rear hitch cargo box or StowAway 2 is a great way to add additional storage to your van or RV. This is the max cargo box with a swing away frame (wide swing and fixed frame also available). The hitch frame plugs into your standard 2" receiver. The entire box swings away from the van for rear door access*. This is a top quality unit with a heavy steel frame, fully opening lid, and drain holes at the seal. It is fully wired for turn signals, stop lights and plate lights - plate holder is also included. Everything about this box says quality and you know a lot of thought went into it's design. If you have the factory hitch wiring you will need a flat 4 way to 7 way round adapter - which we can also provide.
* The Sprinter right side rear door will not fully open but is still functional and mostly opens. See photos. Also see new wide swing box for more clearance.
- Spare tire or ladder clearance over 15 inches may require an extender - approximately 99.00 extra for the extender

You may receive a follow up call for additional measurements - see below.
- Does the vehicle have a rear mounted ladder / tire?
- If yes – we’ll need the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole (NOT the end of the hitch) to the back of the tire (whatever is farthest away from the vehicle)
- Does the vehicle have rear double doors?
- If yes – we’ll need measurement from inside top of hitch to bottom of rear doors (straight up)
