This one is an Oregon classic. The Mini Chief compact electric smoker is perfect for Sprinter Van and RV travel since the total size is just 14” x 11-1/2” x 11-1/2”. The Mini Chief is compact but it comes with all the same features as the Big Chief and Little Chief smokers known in Oregon since the 1960's.

The Mini Chief heats up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit and has no adjustments, which makes it simple to use. No overcooking, fluctuating temperatures or worrying about getting your wood smoking just right. Plug it in and it is ready to go. The Chief products have been smoking all kinds of foods like fish, jerky, sausage, cheeses, cherry tomatoes and everything else you can possibly think to smoke since the 1960’s.

The Mini Chief plugs into a standard 120v outlet. Once you have your food loaded in the smoker on the easily removable grill rack, you can close the lid and access your wood chip pan (flavor pan) without ever opening the door again. The wood chip pan can be inserted and removed without losing any heat, which helps avoid fluctuating temperatures. Just choose your favorite flavor of Smokehouse Wood Chips (or comparable product) and you are guaranteed to get an amazing amount of smoke, even with the smoker's temperature at just 165 degrees.
