GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to communicate by the means we choose. You understand that any item purchased that requires any wait time, that the wait time could extend past 60 days. You understand all California laws and warnings. Any pictures sent to us for any purposes may be used on our site unless you explicitly ask that they not be used. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
We may cancel your order at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Items may not be available at any given time and without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Product description may not always be accurate and sample photos may be used that are not of the specific product. Product fitment can vary from vehicle to vehicle. A product may be listed as available for a certain vehicle but is still considered a custom fit part and therefore may not be covered under any manufacturers warranties or guarantees by any party. It is up to the customer and their professionals to decide which parts they install and whether they will work adequately in their situation regardless of listing. Professional installation is recommended. Front strut replacement will require a front end alignment. Many aftermarket items may be considered for off-road use only. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any laws or warnings for their jurisdiction pertaining to the use of any product. We make no guarantees in the way a product is used, or accuracy of fitment, and cannot be responsible for any damages. It is up to the user and their professional to determine fitment and recheck as needed to avoid any issues.
Any product warranties are manufacturers warranties. Some manufacturers offer no warranty. No labor warranties apply. Aerolite Automotive LLC, Van Upgrades and Sprinter Upgrades offer no warranty and no labor warranty.
Never exceed Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Check your vehicle door jamb or with the manufacturer of your vehicle if you are unclear on your GVWR or other important information.
Any recommendations made should be checked against the product manufacturers recommendations and warnings, and the vehicle manufacturers recommendations and warnings. It is the customers responsibility to understand all laws and warnings that may pertain to them.
Any old parts removed from your vehicle should be saved.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and any agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PO Box 26 Scio Oregon US 97374.
